# Error running maintenance command

_Hi, I’m trying to run a full maintenance using the advanced command “kopia maintenance run” but keep getting the following error message:_

_Running full maintenance…_  
_Looking for active contents…_  
_ERROR error processing desktop.ini: error verifying 090c180f8650ffd798afc7e805fa9b12: error getting content info for 090c180f8650ffd798afc7e805fa9b12: content not found_  
_Finished full maintenance._  
_ERROR snapshot GC failure: error running snapshot gc: unable to find in-use content ID: error processing snapshot root: error verifying 090c180f8650ffd798afc7e805fa9b12: error getting content info for 090c180f8650ffd798afc7e805fa9b12: content not found_

_Any idea what is causing this and how to resolve it?_
