# Kopia UI does not start. Missing repository.config.update-info.json

I just noticed two days ago that Kopia UI was not properly starting and instead of the repository name showing, it had “”. Clicking that, it would only show a single task executing and the log had several lines stating, in short, that the file “repository.config.update-info.json” could not be found.

The file is indeed missing. Any suggestions?
