# The KopiaUI backup snapshot folder cannot be opened

In the snapshots of KopiaUI backups, I found that there are individual folders which cannot be opened by clicking; instead, they are directly saved as source code files. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

I never experienced this issue. What happens when you mount the snapshot?
