Does the repository server allow you to centrally manage/monitor a group of computers? For example like UrBackup or BackupPC.
Kopia server doesn’t do anything by itself, other than repository maintenance. It won’t “monitor” other clients. The kopia clients themselves have to check in to perform their backups/snapshots.

Yes, the Kopia server also runs a website, where you can check and access all backups stored in it’s repo. Think of KopiaUI as an extension to the server’s website, since it also helps you manage your local Kopia client.
In fact, KopiaUI always runs a local Kopia server underneath.
