I have a KopiaUI setup that I use to make backups of a home computer with 2 repositories (gcloud and external HDD).
According to Verifying Validity of Snapshots/Repositories and Trying to Repair Any Corruption | Kopia. snapshot verification should be part of every full maintenance cycle, and yet:
- I do not see any mention of it in the KopiaUI log of the periodic maintenance task that runs automatically (It was the full maintenance task it says at the bottom)
- nor do I see it in in the output of the “maintenance info” CLI command (see below)
- nor do do I see in the output of “maintenance run --full”
So is snapshot-verification not being run automatically? Is there a way to check?
If it is not running, what might cause this or how can I automate it?
