Spoof snapshot create source

Hello,

I am not really sure if I had come accross a post here in the forum or GitHub issues about spoofing kopia snapshot create source.

By spoofing snapshot create I mean for example if I create a snapshot with kopia snapshot create /home/user/Documents I want to record the snapshot as /home/user2/admin

We don’t have it, but that should be easy to add, please fire a feature request or even better make a 2-line PR.
