I have been using this application and had no issue. But now I am unable to see my files.
Based on the screenshot can someone tell what this is and how I can get my files back?

Simply copy them back.
But is there any reason you backup kopia repository itself?
I can not copy anything, unless I am missing something… I never intended to backed up the repo. It was to be a snapshot.
What is list of your snapshots?
Where your kopia repository is located?
The list you mean the type of files? They were anything in my HOME/USER directory
so I ,copied the repo to an external drive and the source is a second drive on the laptop. I have been working with the copy.
I was able to connect via the CLI to the repo and tried a few things but I am so unexperienced with this stuff.

Based on screenshot, it looks like you snapshot repository’s files itself, - no one shouldn’t do that, you just created circular dependency. If repository located on the same drive where user’s files living, then you must exclude location of repository. But such setup I won’t call as backup, because if your hard drive get failed, you will lose everything
Well that was not the intention. I specifically set to do the filesystem and not the repo.
