ECC Policy for repo v3

The new repo v3 supports ecc :hugs:

It would be good to set ecc policies

  • user
  • hosts
  • path

Similar to how compression policies are defined.

That’s unfortunately not how it works. ECC is a lower-layer component well below actual data, so it can’t be customized this way and must be specified on a per-repository basis. This is technically doable if there was a use case for fine-grained ECC, but I’m not sure there is.
