Kopia crashes during runtime and then prompts this, who can tell me what to do？

Are you running the latest version of Kopia? If loading is failing, perhaps the storage medium is corrupted? Are you backing up to a local storage medium? If so, you might want to check the SMART or other indicators.

If you are sure that it is fine, then disconnect the repository and clean the cache directory and reconnect again.

Thank you very much for the help of stpr, I ran ‘kopia cache clear’ and then the error disappeared, I think it is because the system error exited during kopia running caused the cache file to become corrupted.
