Delete a policy in the GUI

How do you delete a policy in the GUI, please. I am using a Windows machine.

I know there are instructions for the command line:

policy delete

You have to edit the policy, delete is at the far bottom of the policy

I can’t click into the Policies or Snapshot tabs. I can only access Tasks, Repository or Preferences.

It looks like there is no repository connected, hence there are no policies to edit or delete.
