I use Kopia to backup my data to a NAS drive on Windows with SMB share.
When i use this command: ‘snapshot verify --verify-files-percent=100’, i get multiple errors:

My crontab entry:

*/30 * * * * kopia snapshot create $HOME && kopia snapshot verify --verify-files-percent=100

For what it’s worth, the repository lives on a local NVMe drive mounted via the following:

UUID="<uuid-here>" /mnt/p41 ext4 defaults,noatime,nofail,x-systemd.device-timeout=500ms 0 2

If I delete the cache, this error goes away temporarily, but it appears again within the order of ~hours (e.g. day)!

I have also experienced this. However, i think that this a bug related to the caching mechanism. After i increased the cache size, the failure was gone.

However, i’ve only tested this preliminary.
