How to rate limit kopia snapshot create upload bandwidth?

Hi,

I’m testing kopia to replace borg to backup my family computers (running linux on ADSL connections so max 1 Mbit/s upload and it’s way better not to saturate it).

I’m not finding any CLI option to rate limit upload bandwidth for kopia and my usual go-to tool trickle doesn’t work on go binaries (1).

Am I missing something?
