We just published Kopia v0.6.4 which fixes one (rare) data consistency issue where previously deleted contents reappear in the index. Most folks would not run into this since garbage collection is not enabled by default in v0.6 but nonetheless it’s a recommended upgrade for all users.
(If you’re curious how rare the issue is, I’ve hit this on my personal repository of >600GB only after 2 years and running >1000 snapshots/day, so it’s really rare)
