Which kopia phase delete physical files?

I have a repo on a compatible s3 storage (cubbit), more or less 30GB written on bucket.
I delete all snapshot from kopiaui and then re-create all snapshots.
Why now I have almost double space archivied on bucket and there are also files that kopia wrote before snapshot’s deletion?
Which kopia operation delete them from bucket?

Files are not immediately removed for safety reasons. Please have a look at the documentation for more information:

What about –extend-object-locks parameter in maintenance set? How does it work?
