Is it possible to use Kopia to restore to another server? An alternate client restore? From reading it sounds like you would reconnect a repository of server A to server B and then preform the restore function. Is that correct?
Yes, that is correct. But beware that Kopia by default connects as the current user and hostname. To restore files of a different user/host you need to explicitly override both.
